Beautiful unit on the 8th floor of the Sterling Breeze.

This property is so unique in that it is a two bedroom two bath, plus a one bedroom one bath, that can be a separate unit, OR the two units can be combined as a LARGE three bedroom, three bath unit, that is one of the LARGEST beachfront condominiums on Panama City Beach’s west side.
This property is SPACIOUS!

We plan to rent May, June, July, and August as a 3 bedroom, 3 bath. The NAME of this is THE PINK PALACE 🏩

The other months? We will have the option to rent as a 1-bedroom studio and a 2 bedroom-2 bath unit.

The studio is called THE PINK CRAB 🦀

The 2-bedroom is called THE PINK PINEAPPLE🍍

Descriptions:

The PINK PALACE (3 bedroom) sleeps up to 9.
This is a great family space, with an additional kitchenette, and three full baths. All three bedroom spaces have an ocean view. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony.

The Pink Pineapple is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath.
The master is on the gulf with expansive views and an en-suite. The second bedroom sleeps four people, with a full size bed and twin bunks. The living space is airy, newly decorated, and will not disappoint.

The Pink Crab is a studio unit with a separate entrance, a king size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private balcony. There’s also a twin sleeper in the unit. Maximum accommodation is 3.

Sterling Breeze is on the west side of Pier Park.

This beachfront “boutique” resort offers the white sand, emerald water, coastal beach experience, without the large crowds.

Enjoy on-site amenities such as a seasonally heated swimming pool, a poolside cafe (that offers room service), a hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center, and a community firepit. We also have a built-in grill on the balcony. This is the only building in town that offers the private grill for your convenience.

There’s nothing that competes with grilling steaks with a view of the gulf.

What's nearby:
This beachfront resort sits right on the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, just half a mile from excellent and endless sources of entertainment at Pier Park (including more than 100 stores, wonderful restaurants, cinemas, and the Panama City Beach Skywheel).

This is convenient to everything, yet in a low density area when compared to larger resorts.
Looking for a beach that isn’t crowded? This is your place!

The PINK CRAB 🦀 (the studio unit) has a minimum stay of three days.
