If you’ve stayed at the condo and love the mattress, we are about to place an order and can get you one WAY below retail. King mattress only $900 - retail is $1500. Box Springs available for additional costs if needed. Other sizes available. Order is being placed Tuesday morning. Message me if interested. What yall think condo owners do every time we go to the “beach” vs what we really do every time we go to the condo…

I’m not complaining. Were blessed! Most people wouldn’t fix these “little” things, but I want our guest to have the best of the best when they rent from us.

Post summer deep clean and refresh!

One thing we learned from renting in PCB, especially renting the same unit year after year, was that the condos only looked like the pictures once! Once! Year over year we watched the unit we rented deteriorate and look warm down. When we purchased (and because it’s who we are/how we function) we said we’d never let that happen.

So, every trip is a “work” trip. It’s really not that bad! 🤷🏼‍♂️
This week we deep cleaned, replaced sheets and towels, restocked the kitchen, replaced the back patio chair cushions and will have a new AC unit installed next week (we didn’t choose that…but don’t want a near future guest inconvenienced).

We want the pictures to reflect what you’ll find when you walk through the door.

But PLEASE, can we stop cooking/eating spaghetti on vacation at the beach?!? It doesn’t go good on the walls, sheets or sofas…🤦🏼‍♂️

Summer is ending and school is beginning. NOW is the best time to get away to the beach if you’re empty nesters or for home school families. Crowds are almost non-existent and the weather is perfect.

RENTER REVIEW (ps - the beds win again!)

What a wonderful unit! It has such a warm and welcoming feel from the minute that you walk in. The space was clean, well stocked and very spacious. The beds are super comfortable for a good night's sleep! We loved the location of this unit and the ease to access the bridge, tennis courts and pool area. The back balcony is great for morning coffee and enjoying the pond with many turtles and some cute ducks to watch. Management was great with customer service and communication! We will definitely book again while in PCB!
