The condo is located at Wendwood Condominiums, and it is 1,200 sq ft. It has 2 br and 2 ba. Both bedrooms have TVs. There is a queen size sleeper sofa and a 65” smart TV in the living room. It is a 200-yard walk to beach access. There are 2 parking spaces, and there is also a pool and shuffleboard available. Pier Park is 2 miles away, and Winn Dixie is 1 mile away. Looking for a fall beach get-away? Book with us for $170 per night! There is also a $100 cleaning fee added on to the total price of your stay. We have 2 br and 2 bath, so bring the whole family down for Thanksgiving at the beach! Our unit also has a fully equipped kitchen, so hosting Thanksgiving at the beach would be no problem! Have you ever thought about going deep sea fishing? Now is the time to go! The months of September-November are great for fishing in the gulf. This is because the fish are migrating to the warmer coastal waters to feed. There are many great options in Panama City Beach. One of these options being Hook'em Up Charters. Who said you could only visit Panama City Beach during the summer and spring? Try visiting during the winter months! Even months that are traditionally seen as being to cold to enjoy the town are still great for visiting shopping centers such as Pier Park, which is located 2.4 miles away from our condo!
