Just finished a deep clean for the end of the summer rush. Had a one month guest for August. Sept, October, November and December dates available.

Summer is going to be here before you know it. Make your plans to come down to PC before the beaches are so crowded. We have May dates available still.

June we only have June 11-15 and June 20-22

June 11-15 is available for $250 a night and June 23-31 also, $250.

July 3 to July 8, $300 a night.

Pet friendly with pet fee and approval of pet. Cleaning fee not included in these rates.

There is a Beach House Grill

The main bathroom has a walk in tiled shower. This was just completed in late 2021. Additionally are some photos of the upper balcony, with two chair and a small table for coffee or cocktails. The back porch that has a small grill, a table with umbrella and 4 chairs.

Bedroom 2 is the beach car room. It has a queen bed, dresser, closet for clothes and the window overlooks the front of the unit.

Bedroom 1 is the Mermaid Room. Queen size bed, plenty of closet space. Off of this room is a balcony that overlooks the back yard. The owners closet is also located off of the balcony. This room also has entry directly into the hall bathroom.
