Hey All...just wanted to let everybody know that we sold our beach house on Cape San Blas but have just gone under contract on a third unit at Tidewater in Panama City Beach. This is unit is the same layout as our smaller unit (1012) with a master bedroom on the Gulf, a bunk room, and the ability to sleep 6. AND the best news is that its on the third floor...great views BUT only one flight of stairs for those trying to avoid the elevators during busy season. We're about a month out from taking possession but we are going to open up calendars on all three units as start booking out the rest of this year and 2025.

More importantly though, we've fallen in love with the Tidewater Beach resort in PCB and will be closing on a second unit in that building in just a couple of weeks. This unit is smaller and more budget friendly for the smaller family that still wants that gorgeous Gulf front experience without needing to split it with another family. We LOVE Cape San Blas and count ourselves blessed to have discovered this little slice of paradise...so much so that we’ve bought 2 houses, will spend at least 4 weeks there next year, are working to expand our business in the area, and hope to be able to retire there in the not-TOO-far-off future.

BUT, we are in the real estate game and an opportunity has presented itself. So we’ve made a decision to sell Shore Beats Workin’ to free up capital for some other projects.

SBW is a great house, and I’m going to be sad to see it go. It’s only two bedrooms but it’s a HUGE two bedroom with ample room and comfort to accommodate well over the advertised 6-person capacity. It’s an easy less-than-5-minute walk to both the deeded accesses to the beach and bay and great views of both from the house.

While there was some damage and lower level flooding from Michael, the house withstood the storm and there are lots of great updates as a result including a new steel roof, all new siding, structural reinforcement, and a secure lower-level enclosure for storing a vehicle, watercraft, etc. Interior updates include fresh paint, new flooring throughout, new kitchen appliances, and much more.
