Such a great week at PCB We tried to do something, (other than the beach) that Panama City is known for. The Zoo, putt putt, the Vomitron🤢, ice cream EVERY day, and even rented a boat to spend the day on Shell Island and snorkeling.

🌞 🌞 🌞 We have a couple openings at our beach house in July if anyone wants a last minute vacation deal!! It can sleep 20, but I can also split it up to sleep 6 or 12 depending on your family size. It is on the beach with a pool if anyone is interested!! PM me to get the details. 🏝️

We are FINALLY completed with our update on the Panama City Beach House. I have pictures of all the new updates if anyone is interested. We rent the house as a whole, so 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 kitchen/living areas and a private pool on the beach. It sleeps 18 in beds and plenty big for multiple families. Just got back from spending our spring break in PCB. We were finishing up some things with the house and having a little fun along the way😉. The weather was BEAUTIFUL and the beach was AMAZING. Here are some pictures of my boys after a fishing trip with Matthew and their Grandad. We actually kept the fish and cooked it for dinner. It was very delicious!

HERE WE GO!!!! I have been a stay at home mom for the last 8 years and have enjoyed it so much. I am so lucky to have been able to do that, but now it’s time to try something new. Matthew and I sold our house and built a barn with a 1000 square foot apartment that we are currently living in. I am especially enjoying it because house work is such a breeze. We decided to invest our money in a couple of condos to try short term leasing. Matthew, my husband, has always had rentals growing up so we are familiar with the idea. I have 3 condos to rent. Two of the condos we are renting together so it is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo with a pool directly on the beach. The other condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a pullout out couch in the living room. They are all in the same house with a shared pool so for large groups, 6 beds, 6 baths is available. We are still currently updating them. The condos will be fully ready April 2022 if you have anyone interested in booking. When we purchased these they needed A LOT of work. They have been slightly neglected over the years. They have all new furniture, appliances, decking, paint, and landscaping. We will post more pictures as we get them. Next year we plan on replacing the siding and all the floors inside. We just need to take a break for a minute and enjoy the summer 😎.
