Made a lot of little changes at the condo this week and a couple major ones to make your stay more enjoyable! We have two open weeks in May and July if you’re still thinking about a spring/summer vacation!

We got rid of our wicker furniture and got a beautiful POLYWOOD counter height set so you can eat a meal outside or have coffee outside on the patio and read or get a little work done. We also added:

• Waffle maker
• Griddle
• Crock pot
• Serving trays
• Serving bowls
• Bar area
• Tumblers
• Wine glasses
• Tupperware
• Beach Cart
• Beach Toys
• Games

We are so excited about our new adventure! We have bought this beautiful beachfront condo down in Panama City Beach 🏝 and will be renting it through our property manager, AirBNB, VRBO, etc. If you’re ever planning a trip to the 30A area check it out. It has 2 bedrooms, each with King Beds, 2 bathrooms, Twin Bunks and a Queen pull out sleeper sofa, could sleep 8, but 6 is probably most comfortable, perfect for a family or two couples. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer inside the condo. WiFi is included, smart TVs in each bedroom and in the living room with tons of channels. And our favorite part is the double floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading to the terrace! It is within very close walking distance (0.3 miles) to Pier Park, with tons of restaurants and shops. Same distance to the Russell-Fields Pier where you can take in the views or even spend the day fishing. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
