Our condo is 2 bed/2 bath, updated, beachfront, and sleeps up to 8 guests. Each rental comes with a set of beach service chairs at no additional cost (a $50 a day value).

Day??? Today the tile should be finished and shiplap installed. Closet is complete and bedroom is tiled and painted. Only a few details left there. Hopefully we can start to see the finished bathroom soon! The shower will have black grout and black tiled floor and a clear glass wall. More pics to come!

Day Whatever we are on!

Bedroom ceiling scraped, finished and painted. Walls painted. Floor tiled. Tomorrow baseboard and grout. Then new lighting and closet organization.

Then, our contractor can turn his attention to tiling the shower and finishing the bath! I have to say I am very pleased with his quality of work. More pics as we progress.

Remote working in a construction zone has its challenges but warm days like today and the nice view makes it worth it!
