Quick mid-season trip to PCB earlier this month to restock, deep clean, and make a couple repairs.

Just four days, but we tackled all 5 condos: a new area rug at 1608, entry door lock at 2002, restocking supplies for guests, cleaning baseboards, washing area rugs & couch coverings, taking kitchen inventory, checking light bulbs and drains, replenishing beach towel supplies, adding a new Roku device, replacing a cable box & last, but not least: organizing the game cabinets.

It was a whirlwind visit, and we didn't even have time to touch the sand, but it feels amazing to know our condos are in tip-top shape for our guests! The highlight of each trip of course is reading the wonderful comments in our Guest Books! ❤️

Update(s) @ Celadon 1608: Bunk beds are gone, replaced by an all-new Full-size bed w/ 3" memory foam topper. Wall decor and bedside lighting coming this week!

It’s the little things we get excited about! Always working to be proactive vs reactive by getting ahead of the game and replacing items before they wear out.

1608 had an all new Carrier HVAC system and Ecobee thermostat installed today!

Check out the pretty green corrosion proof coating added to keep it nice looking for years to come… well hopefully at least the next 6-8 yrs. 😜 The salt does a number on the AC units at the beach.

Book your summer dates and know that you’ll sleep nice and cool when the temps rise at the beach. 🏖️

Hung a 65" smart tv yesterday because the other was just not big enough. Now, I'll evaluate if we need a new TV hutch. 😎

We have a shower floor! Marcos and crew are moving right along. Can’t wait for the new tiled floors and vanity tops.
