All weekly/monthly rates shown include taxes and cleaning fee. I require a $200 refundable deposit and a $50 reservation fee to hold the unit in your name. This is in addition to the rates shown below. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to check in.
(For nightly rates please add 12% tax and $175 cleaning fee to the total nightly fee.)

Ready for a vacation?! D-1006 is a 2 bedroom Large unit located on the 10th floor of the D Building. Includes designated covered parking space. It is an ocean front condo with 2 balconies. Master bedroom has a king bed, Second bedroom has 2 Queen beds and there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are 3 pools on the property and a store/restaurant for snacks, drinks, and misc. items for your convenience.

D-503 has the best view!!! Be sure to look out for the dolphins from your balcony. Ocean front views from the living room and Master suite. King bed in Master bedroom and 2 full beds in the guest bedroom. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Tile throughout. Kitchen is stocked with all the extras so you can enjoy cooking if you prefer not to go out. Tiki bar and snack bar on site for your convenience.
