Keeping an eye on PTC-9. Right now, it's expected to go east of Panama City Beach. We will likely see some winds and rain in our area.. but this is good news for the gulf coast. 🙏

Quick mid-season trip to PCB earlier this month to restock, deep clean, and make a couple repairs.

Just four days, but we tackled all 5 condos: a new area rug at 1608, entry door lock at 2002, restocking supplies for guests, cleaning baseboards, washing area rugs & couch coverings, taking kitchen inventory, checking light bulbs and drains, replenishing beach towel supplies, adding a new Roku device, replacing a cable box & last, but not least: organizing the game cabinets.

It was a whirlwind visit, and we didn't even have time to touch the sand, but it feels amazing to know our condos are in tip-top shape for our guests! The highlight of each trip of course is reading the wonderful comments in our Guest Books! ❤️

We've been busy making rounds at the condos. Restocking, refreshing and updating... just in time for our Spring guests! New bed, refrigerator, rug, lamps, and Tommy Bahama beach chairs are just a few of the highlights @ our Celadon units. We've even touched up/repainted our front doors! 😅

And 38 Ramsgate Harbour, Panama City Beach has undergone a down-to-the studs complete makeover this winter.. w/ all new furnishings and decor coming next week. Stay tuned for the updated professional photos.

Both of our complexes emerged unscathed from this morning's tornados in Panama City Beach. The damage that you are seeing in the news is concentrated on the east end of the beach. Prayers go out to those affected. 🙏

This is a video that I just took from our balcony.. it's still rocking and rolling out there and double red flags.
