Southwind D3 is doing a vacation raffle , if your interested in entering send me a message and I will give you the info to buy a ticket. Tickets are 20$ a piece, winner gets 5 nights of their choice between drawing and end of October. Hoping to get drawing in next week by the end of the week. Need to sell at least 40-45 tickets then I will do the drawing. I have about 13 sold already.

Looking for a place that’s not on the crowded end of the beach with no stairs or elevator wait times? Southwind D3 is perfect for people wanting to be near the heart of everything but just outside of the larger crowded part. Southwind D3 is on the West end of the beach closer to Thomas Donuts and away from the major crowds but only a couple miles from Pier Park. You can park directly in front of my unit and walk right in, no stairs or elevators. Crosswalk directly to beach access 72 only 60 yards from condo.

Southwind D3 is Directly across the rd from the beach , only a short walk to the beach and pool is only 10 yards from condo. Beach access 72 is directly across rd.
