The full, modern kitchen features all the appliances and counter space to make any meal and there’s seating enough for everyone between the breakfast bar and dining table. Relax on the oversized sectional after a day in the sun while you stream the latest release or your favorite TV show. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem - there are six streaming-capable TVs and the home also has high speed internet/Wi-Fi. At the end of the day, four comfortable bedrooms, with one on the main floor and three on the second, and a separate bonus room on the 3rd floor offer a restful night’s sleep for all.

We purchased this property in April of 2022 and did a complete overhaul of it. Let’s just say it was no where near rental ready! We hope you enjoy our property and we can’t wait to host you!!

Water may be freezing but man this weather is beautiful! We are down here for maintenance! Pest control, hvac, deep clean, and replacement of some stuff! Getting it ready for winter and the start for the new year! We make sure our property is well maintained so it’s perfect for every stay. November is almost completely booked. December is getting there! We are also available for snowbirds in January and February. To book with us our link is in the bio.
