tairs has a king size bed, flat screen TV and a large balcony that overlooks the private, enclosed courtyard out back. If needed, a Pack and Play, high chair, baby gate, stroller and baby monitor can be found in the master bedroom closet. The second bedroom is furnished with queen-size bunk beds with a small balcony facing the street. There is a full bath upstairs that is Jack-and-Jill style (accessible from the master bedroom and from the hallway) with both a tub/shower combination and a separate private shower stall in the vanity area that allows for two people to shower at the same time. Downstairs is the cozy living room, complete with a flat screen TV and plenty of board games for family fun after a day at the beach, a half bath, the dining area with seating for six and a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Off the kitchen you will find your private courtyard with sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, gas grill and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
