We have a 3 BR / 3 BA Condo at Splash Resort on Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, Florida. We hope you will consider us for your next family vacation. Our rental includes 2 sets of beach service each day of your stay from March 1 - October 31. You will be able to use 2 umbrellas and 4 padded chaise lounges weather permitting. We have had several condos over the last 15 years and now have just this one large 3 Bedroom at Splash. We kept this one because our grand kids love it and we enjoy using it several times during the year.
We are Randy and Joy Carlisle of Kennesaw, GA. We have been married since 1976 with 2 children and 2 grandchildren. We unexpectedly lost our son in law this last year whom is greatly loved and missed. One of the reasons we have sold all our condos except this one, is so we can spend more time with our grandchildren.
If you decide to rent our condo we know you will love it. We do not rent to a party that has a smoker, so please don’t ask to rent if anyone in your group smokes. We charge $1000. if any smell of smoke on linens or in condo. The whole party can be evicted if smoking is reported, even on the balconies (which is against the rules) There would be no refund if evicted.
No pets or peanuts allowed in the condo. There could be a person with allergies who may rent after you and we do not want any health issues. We also ask no fish fries or shrimp boils. No critters (sand crabs, sand dollars etc.) dead or alive from the beach are to be brought in the condo. The odor is impossible to get out. We try to keep our condo fresh and in great shape so our guest can have a wonderful vacation.
