Condo features a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, ice-maker, and all kitchen essentials. Designer furnishings, 3 flat screen LCD TVs, DVD Player, CD Player, Washer and Dryer. There is ample dining room at the 4-seat dining table with additional seating at the bar. Master Bedroom suite features a king size bed, ample closet space, and a door to the Balcony. Master Bath has dual sinks, soaking tub, and separate glass-in shower. Living Room features queen size sofa sleeper and doors to the Balcony. Tuck the kids into the bunk beds where they have their own TV with built-in DVD player. Aqua Resort Condominium has some of the largest floor plans in comparison to other buildings that share proximity to Pier Park. Only half a mile from the largest outdoor dining and shopping center, Pier Park is home to many unique restaurants and boutiques as well as entertainment. Aside from the incomparable pools, this resort also has many other amenities, offering a whirlpool hot tub, steam room, and fully equipped fitness center. Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples, and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.

You can rest assured when staying with us that we have been in compliance since we started managing our vacation rental condo, even before this ordinance passed in September 2023 to be effective February 1, 2024. What you will see however, is the signages and certificates now posted on doors, windows, and displayed in frames instead of in our printed Welcome packet on the kitchen counter. The Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam dives back to Panama City Beach in June to celebrate its 10th anniversary, bringing tens of thousands of fans to the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches.
