So why is the condo named Kiwi 'Templeton 'Condo?

Kiwi 'Templeton' Condo is named after my Chinese Crested, Templeton! His body hair/fur (the little that he has) looks like a Kiwi 🥝 😁.

**While Kiwi Condo is named after Templeton, NO PETS are allowed at the condo**
