Our Story

GulfView Properties is a full-service, locally owned and operated real estate and property management agency. Our Panama City Beach listings include BEACHFRONT and NON-BEACHFRONT properties. We also manage properties and are licensed Community Association Managers.

GulfView Properties is owned by Dianne and Charlie Allen. They have been in the real estate business for more than a decade. Dianne is a Community Association Manager (CAM) with a high level of expertise and experience in managing properties run by community associations. Both Allens have served on the board of Home Owner’s Associations. Dianne has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration. She has years of experience with accounting practices and taxes. Charlie has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. Dianne and Charlie commit their full dedication to each real estate or property management contract they get, giving it their full effort.

Our dedicated TEAM are trained, licensed and certified professionals including CAM’s, realtors, service technicians, CPO’s and experienced property managers know the ins and outs of the Panama City Beach real estate market and industry.
