Double knot fishing charters still has some openings in November. As the closing of snapper season draws near, book your trip. We have multiple days open from now till the end of the month but remember we can only keep them on Friday Saturday or Sunday. Also the king bite has been on fire lately. Come on and let’s get some. Well with over 30 plus years of marriage, my wife has only been fishing twice….not a fan of the water. Today she decided it’s time to catch her first king mackerel. Stand by.

This past weekend was phenomenal to say the least. The king bite was on fire. We hooked 46 kings in two days. To tell you how crazy it was, we caught banded rudder fish, amberjack and kings all while trolling. I sure hope this hurricane doesn’t mess things up

Double knot charters was honored by hosting a corporate group this weekend. The king mackerel bite was off the chain today. We hooked 18 and boated 6 .Also had a few Bonita in the mix as well. After the king bite slowed we dropped back and did a little bottom fishing to finish the day and caught plenty of red grouper, trigger fish and vermilion snapper. Afterwards we prepared our group a dinner fit for a king. We had ribeyes with all the fixing’s , fresh blue crabs, and desserts. If this is something you might be interested in booking give us a shout. As part of this package we provide lodging for up to 6 folks, hats and shirts, meal packages and all the world class fishing one can stand.

Mr Bill Caulder and his family fished with Double knot fishing charters yesterday and boy did they have a great time. Caught and released lots of fish. Kept some of the biggest ones. This was a trip that we donated to the Georgia FFA wildlife camp fundraising dinner earlier this year where all money raised pays for scholarships to send kids to wildlife camp.
