I love being able to share my favorite places in the world with you. Please come enjoy them as much I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

I love long walks on the beach (truly, I lived in Panama City Beach, Florida for 25 years!), live music, cocktails with friends, hikes in the mountains and my border collie and kitty. I moved back to Washington State from Florida and fell in love the mountains and a man named Scott but I couldn't give up my special beach---so I bought Emerald Waters Escape at the Majestic Beach Resort in Panama Ci

ty Beach. I have another home in Bremerton, Washington (across from Seattle on the Olympic Peninsula---a beautiful, wild, amazing place) that will soon be part two of Escapes By Sheila.

The Spanish Island of Formentera was amazing today, from the first picture, sunrise to the last picture, sunset, to the beaches in between!

"Scott & Sheila have been the BEST Airbnb hosts that I've had in my 8 years and 35 stays in Airbnb!

The place was immaculately clean and spotless, they had EVERYTHING we needed in terms of appliances and utensils.

Beds are comfortable and nice. Decor is excellent and the location is perfect!

One day we found the door open, we very likely didn't close it all the way, we contacted Scott as we weren't sure if we left it open or someone had opened it. It was late at night and he drove to the place within minutes and went in himself to make sure that it was safe and there was no one. He of course showed us how to properly lock the door so we didn't have that happen again but his willingness to help us was simply amazing.

We actually extended our stay another few days because the place was sooo good and Scott and Sheila were marvelous hosts.

Thank you so much and we will definitely try to stay here in our next trip to Portland."
