Originally the business was a simple dive charter specializing in wreck and spearfishing trips. Due to its popularity and the need for customers to have reliable access to quality rental gear, the simple operation became a shop too. Despite oil spills, hurricanes, and and the challenges of an unpredictable ocean the business has continued to grow thanks to the many customers that come back and tell their friends how much fun they had.

Sunday Funday lived up to its name. We had a great day of diving the Hovercraft and span 14. 25ā€™vis and 66 bottom temp. The fish were amazing and the jacks were excited to swim with us. Started December off with a good ol inshore trip out to the USS Strength and Bridge span 12. Calm seas and 20 to 25 ft of visibility and water temps right at 72Ā°F top to bottom. All the fish are still out and about, bait balls, jacks spadefish, flounder, snapper, and even had a turtle make an appearance! Thanks to all for coming out and enjoying the day with us! As I have my last morning coffee in paradise, Iā€™m pretty grateful for this trip. Our group of divers and travelers has been fun and embraced all the challenges of flying into a tropical storm with a great attitude and smiles. The staff Ramon's Village Resort has been excellent and our guides especially went out of their way to make sure we saw everything. (Thanks so much AC and Kris!)

Lastly, thank you San Pedro for being my favorite city to eat ceviche inā€¦.. possibly the ceviche capital of the world. My luggage and I are both heavier on this return home. šŸ˜…šŸ˜‚

Everything is pretty well inside the specs on the docks. Weā€™re far enough away that these outer bands are just alittle gusty and pretty ā€œmoist.ā€

Our Story

Its been a wild ride from our start in 2007 on he docks of Bay Point to now. Weā€™ve grown from Pat and his cell phone and a boat to leasing land for the dive shop, into a family operation with James partnering in the company to run the boat and buy our own land. We have made it through, oil spills, red tides and hurricanes along the way. We have learned, grown and evolved (and maybe gone bald) but we have never changed our commitment to our customers or seen our love for what we do diminish. Our team cares about diving and sharing that passion with others. 2020 marks a decade in business as a dive shop! Where does the time go?
