Our beach access has reopened today! We're all very happy about that. It will need a few other things done which will cause temporary shut down while those are done! We're very happy about it being reopened!

Wanted to give an update on the pools. As you all know, we were hit with a EF3 tornado in early January. Our HOA is still going thru the insurance process, however, with the hard work of our maintenance staff, HOA & HOA Board and contractors, the pools are back open! Yay! As you can see, there is temporary fencing up till the custom-made fencing is built & delivered. Thanks for patience while we put our pretty building back together.

Just wanted to give an update. The building is still being assessed. It is open. Most of the units are fine, the pool area has some damage. As you can see, many of the railings are gone and a few light posts are down. Things that can repaired once supplies arrive. If you have a reservation for an upcoming stay, you’ll need to wait a few days to reach out to who you’re renting from before an answer can be given about your particular unit that’s reserved. Please be patient a few days. Thank you.

Our area of Panama City Beach was hit by a tornado. This is the home between us and the neighboring condo. We have sustained some damage, however, not nearly as bad as some of the homes and businesses nearby.
