After disabling our listings on VRBO, Airbnb and a few other websites I realized this page was still active. We had no intentions of selling but it was all due to the substantial HOA assessments, insurance rates along with a decline in guest inquires and guest quality. As intended they were a good ROI but didn't feel they would be in the forseeable future so it was time to let them go which is sort of sad.
