Canyon Base Camp, Inc. is doing our best to stay current of the ongoing, rapidly changing environment surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and have been working diligently to address any concerns from our guests.
As to date, although Salt Lake City has a number of COVID-19 cases, in Central Utah, many businesses are open (including state/national parks and monuments).
As a small business, we are trying to be even more flexible than usual to guests that request to cancel/reschedule/modify their reservations within a reasonable amount of time (7 days prior to their reservation). However, it is out of our control if/when any state implements a quarantine restriction to their residents/visitors. Therefore, we will not be able to provide refunds made less than 7-days prior to your reserved date(s).
