Just a friendly reminder of WHY it's helpful to book through a travel advisor. ✈️🌏
Hurricane Milton forced my clients out of their fall break Walt Disney World trip, by canceling their flights today.
I was the one on hold all evening getting their trip canceled, so they didn't have to be.

Screenshot reminder of why it's nice to have some booking help... Some places (🐭), you're paying for it anyway.
Sometimes the Disney site makes you call... and this was the wait for the ✨️special✨️ line.

My estimated wait was "greater than 90 minutes" when I first connected. 🫣 so I guess it was a win? 🤷🏼‍♀️😅

The golf cart tour at Top of the Rock was amazing! The drive-up cave bar was the perfect touch. Half of the kiddos loved being splashed by the waterfalls, a great way to cool down. 💦

Oscar's Famous Ribs, Branson, Missouri
MY new favorite BBQ place, for a few reasons...
1) Pulled pork was really good (obviously)
2) They had macaroni! It's way less common than I feel it should be, especially with littles.
3) They had Diet Dr. Pepper 🤩
Super nice employees is a bonus

It's always a good sign when all the license plates in the parking lot are local.
I reheated leftovers another night and they were still amazing. 😋

We had plans to go fishing, but overnight rains raised the lake level 3ft and caused some flooding around town.

Boys picked the Aquarium at the Boardwalk, they completed the scavenger hunt and got a prize.

Ozark Mountain Pizza was really good! We had it fresh (delivered) and reheated. Pretty sure all of it was gone.

We couldn't pass this one up... drinks on fire and injectable cheeseburgers. 🤯

B wanted shrimp, he and L ate almost all of them on their own. R ate his weight in chips and queso.

Everything was really good!

You guys 🥹 I'm SO glad we did this. It was my one "for the girls" pick and it was even better than I'd hoped.
L was so excited 🥰 I had happy tears more than once in the hour-ish experience.
I would consider it a MUST DO with toddlers, but the boys really liked it too.

Traveling with littles who are up at the crack of dawn the first morning means no wait at breakfast places. 🙃

Our kiddos are always on the hunt for big breakfast foods 😅 between the 4 of them, they ate the 14" pancake. Then R helped Dad finish his French toast pancakes.

If you've been around here long, you know we're big fans of Pappy's Smokehouse 😋 It's Hubs' favorite.

Our first trip was in '21, and we've ordered it shipped at least twice since.

We finally got to properly introduce our girls and Mamaw & Papaw to Pappy's. 🥰

The more I visit the Saint Louis Zoo, the more I like it. Maybe one of these times we won't get all turned around.

It's the first time we've been to a zoo with girls being big enough to pay attention to things. E LOVED the penguins, definitely a core Mama memory 🥰

I've now pet and been splashed by stingrays 😅

A Clydesdale's size doesn't register until you're standing right next to one. 😳

There was a lot here we didn't know about.
Everyone ate all their lunch at The Biergarten, that rarely happens!

Day Fresh Tour was neat, the end is not (easily) stroller friendly.
