and firepit. Rental of "Refugio House" includes both suites, the Kitchen/Great Room, and the large patio with pergola, two large ,market umbrellas and fountain. Owner and local resident Brigit Binns, the nationally-known author of 28 best-selling cookbooks (many of them for Williams-Sonoma), designed the large kitchen for cooking classes and filming; you can now take advantage of this "home kitchen on steroids" to create your own culinary magic with friends and family. Relax under a sheltering oak tree and gaze out at green and golden hills, olive trees, vineyards, and grazing horses, while sipping local wines and nibbling on inspiring dishes created from local ingredients. Savor the laughter and conviviality that are the natural by-products of living and cooking deliberately. A bottle of Refugio's own wine, crafted by "Paso Wine Man," aka actor Casey Biggs, is complementary with each stay.
