Founders Josh and Jake Beckett, a dynamic duo known for their winemaking skills and humor, began their journey with just two tons of the finest – or 'chronic' – grapes. This marked the beginning of a legacy in crafting killer wines. Today, the winery is unwaveringly dedicated to creating seriously good wines, each glass offering a taste of adventure.

The key to Chronic Cellars' success is its partnerships with some of Paso Robles' most esteemed grape growers. This extensive network serves as a playground for Winemaker Kip Lorenzetti (), who meticulously selects the ideal grapes for the winery's unique blends.
