We are HOME from Australia 🇦🇺

If I can encourage all of my clients to do one thing in the next 12 months it is to book an international trip with their kids (you dont have to travel this year, just get it on the books!!!) We had the most magical time down under 🦘

We fed wallabies, kangaroos, koalas, AND wild bottle nose dolphins. We hiked the Blue Mountains and tried our hand at sand tobogganing on Moreton Island. We toured the Sydney Opera House, swam at Manly Beach, and ate dinner in Watsons Bay. I personalized this itinerary for my family and our needs, but every family is different and I love figuring out what works for you.

I always prefer to leave a “free” day at the end of any itinerary to allow myself a chance to visit the location/theme park/activity I didn’t know I was going to desperately need at the end of a trip. Today was our last day in Sydney and we took full advantage of my planning with a visit to Manly Beach 🏖️ This relaxing day was 100% what we needed as we head into the second half of our Australian adventure 🐨

We opted for a private tour today visiting Featherdale Wildlife Park and the Blue Mountains with a personal tour guide. This was the BEST experience ever for an excursion. Having your day tailored to what your family enjoys with a local giving you fun facts and history all day was the perfect way to check these spots off our bucket lists.

Confession: I don’t always love educational tours. However the Sydney Opera House was definitely the exception. I LOVED this tour and so did my kids. Are you team educational tours on vacation or team relaxation only?
