The Villa on Esperanza is a one-of-a-kind luxury home overlooking Keuka Lake. Set above the west branch of the lake, and overlooking the Bluff, this home has some of the most stunning views of Keuka Lake that you will find in the area!

This home was built to amplify the sunset hours....there are outdoor gardens with water features, walkways, large covered patio spaces, a gorgeous outdoor kitchen, and a hot tub all placed to face toward the west and enjoy the sunset views over the lake.

**Because of the nature of this home, we do request that guests do not book the home if there are any children under 10 years of age in attendance. This home is a very beautiful and comfortable space but it is not a family-friendly rental and we request that guests book appropriately.
