1 Day Remaining until the first Beach Buzz of the 2025 season!
Monday March 24th expecting middle afternoon, time to be determined after take-off. We make a post the day of each Beach Buzz giving a 45-minute window initially. We then edit the post in realtime providing updates as Peyton "Radar" Burnett lives up to her name, following them across the country. We then provide an update when they are approx. 20-25 minutes out when we hear their radio chatter in West Pensacola. This time, we're going to start with a 2-hour window because there are a lot of unknowns with the new boss.

It is important to note that this is the first buzz with the new boss. The first buzz may look different and may be considerably shorter while he figures out our geography. If you're serious about seeing this, Pensacola Beach Pier is the surest bet.

Being from Missouri, we always dreamed of living somewhere that did not require us to shovel the driveway. In 2009, we traded snow for white powder sand and purchased a condo on Pensacola Beach. We were truly home. We felt we could operate a vacation rental company in a very different way than the other beach rental agencies - to give you personal service and a feeling of home - and Surfside Properties was born. Surfside Properties specializes in properties on Ft. Pickens Road - the west end of the island. We meet each guest at the condo door to welcome them and explain the amenities of the vacation rental property. We also share our favorite restaurants and attractions in Pensacola Beach and in Pensacola.
