Our new beach house kitchen pictures featuring our new SS appliances and a brand new LG washer/dryer, located at 302 Avenida 23, on Pensacola Beach. We also have installed a new hot water heater and new Geo Thermal for cold AC. A new back deck has replaced a older deck on the back/North side of the house. We have also removed three windows and replaced all the patio doors to improve the floor plan and efficiency.

We have started to furnish our beach house located at 302 Avenida 23, on Pensacola Beach. It’s still not finished, however, I wanted to show you the bedroom and bath layouts. Both Master bedroom and Queen bedrooms have a wonderful deck with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The 3rd bedroom will feature a full over full bunkbed with a twin trundle. The 3 bedrooms will sleep 9 persons in beds.

We are excited to reveal our latest Turtle Spa III Beach house, located at 302 Avenida 23, on Pensacola Beach. As shown in the satellite pictures the house is very close to Turtle Spa I, and has beautiful gulf views and easy access to the beach.
Exterior paint is done except for the railings. Geo thermal is now installed for wonderful cold AC! Interior of house all painted and new floors going in upstairs. All new SS appliances, including the washer dryer and a new hot water heater. Kitchen cabinets are now painted white with a beautiful sea glass backsplash. New swimming pool installed next month, will be similar to Turtle Spa II, including the waterfall feature. I will start posting more pictures here soon. I am now starting to take bookings for this May, 2023.
Turtle Spa III beach house will have 3 bedrooms, all located on top floor. 1st-Master bedroom will have a King bed, 2nd-bedroom will have a Queen bed and 3rd-bedroom will feature 1 full sized bunkbed over 1 full sized bed. House will sleep 8 persons in beds. Master has a en-suite bath with a large walk in shower. The other 2 bedrooms will share a tub/shower combo. We also have a 1/2 bath located on lower floor with living area and dining, and kitchen.

Important update! We have recently sold this house. I do have a new smaller house that will be available to rent this May. Our new beach rental will have a excellent location with beautiful Gulf views and sleep 8 persons. The rental will have 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, and feature a gorgeous new pool, geo thermal air conditioning and be fully stocked like our prior homes.
