We strive to make our vacation home a family destination for our guests to enjoy Perdido Key, the beaches and surrounding area. Today we received our first "3 star review" and was disheartening to see, and all they said was... "nice house design, good location. the two beach chairs were broken"

We love hearing about our guest's recent stay... "I really can't say enough what a great home away from home this was! There was so much space for two families and everything that we needed to live there comfortably for a week! It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. And what a great location!! We were about a 10 minute walk to the beach, or a super short drive. Grocery, gas, and local treasures were all very close. We rented fishing gear and fished on the beach; we found hermit crabs at Big Lagoon State Park; we cooked out, went swimming, and relaxed! We would absolutely visit again. Bluebonnet by the Sea is a gorgeous four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home in the Arborgate community at Perdido Key, nestled between Orange Beach, AL & Pensacola, FL. Just 0.8 of a mile from the most sought-after beaches of the Gulf coast, and minutes away from the Famous Flora-Bama. This three-story home includes three spacious patios, including eco-friendly furniture, boasting stunning views of the pool area, surrounding community and the bay.
This breathtaking home accommodates up to fourteen guests comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a king-sized bed in one guest bedroom, a king-sized bed in an additional guest bedroom, along with two twin-over-full bunks and one twin-over-twin bunk in the additional bedroom. The first floor features the kitchen, living room and dining area along with plenty of storage space, a half bathroom, and a single-car garage. There is also room for up to three mid-sized vehicles in the driveway. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a separate breakfast area.
Take the stairs up to the second floor, which hosts the master bedroom and master bathroom, two guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom, and a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer combination. The spacious master bedroom includes a covered patio for those gorgeous views and leads into the master bathroom, which features a double vanity, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower.
Continue up the stairs to the third floor, boasting a loft combination along with the fourth bathroom and an additional covered patio. Enjoy endless entertainment with five flat-screen televisions, two DVD players, Netflix streaming. With the luxurious style, truly comfortable and clean bedding, vaulted ceilings and spacious layout, Bluebonnet by the Sea creates a truly "at-home" ambiance. Bluebonnet by the Sea is located in the gated Arborgate community at Perdido Key. There is a private, community pool along with a gas grill - perfect for a family barbecue. Beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available during the summer for a fee.
This elegant home is nestled in the hub of Perdido Key just minutes from the Famous "Flora-Bama". Bluebonnet is surrounded by state parks, walking and biking trails and the white sandy beaches of the Gulf coast. There is a beautiful golf course within a short walk away, and another right over the bridge. The Arborgate community is also 0.8 of a mile from Holiday Harbor Marina, offering convenient boat docking for a small fee. Experience an array of local restaurants and shops in the area.
