Welcome to High Ty’d Charters. We are a top rated scuba charter and dolphin tour operation. Captain Dan Bloom and Heather (wife & travel specialist) purchased the business from Ty and Rebecca McCall. High Ty’d is a shaded, fast, comfortable 6-Pack Grady White boat located at Southwind Marina west of the Naval Air Station. It is a short ride to Pensacola Pass and out to the sights in the Gulf of Mexico.

Most divers bring their own equipment, or you may rent equipment from multiple dive shops in the area. There are numerous dive sites to enjoy. Dive site choices are weather dependent. We are a fun crew and safety is a priority. We cater to all levels of divers, new divers to technical divers. There is the amazing Mighty “O” (USS Oriskany), largest artificial dive site in the world. We like to dive her weekly. Pensacola is home to “5 ships on the shipwreck trail.” There is an abundant variety of marine life to see: Sharks, Dolphins, Jacks, Angel Fish, Toadfish, and Macro life too. You may even see a Whale Shark! And if you are a Lionfish Hunter, let’s go hunting! For the non-divers, how about a Dolphin Tour? It is always fun to see these beautiful mammals. Captain Dan was welcomed to Pensacola by a pod of 15 to 20 Dolphins on his first trip out to the Gulf. A thrill for all on the boat to interact with the Dolphins. They like to play around the boat, jumping, swimming, slapping their tails, and talking to the guests on the boat. What a thrill!
