Baruch Chag Bikkurim Sameach
(Blessed Firstfruit Holy Day)
Abib 16 (Lev. 23:10-14) [Mar 29-30]

Today Is A Very Significant Day In The Life Of The Believers. Today Is Bikkurim (Firstfruits), The Day That Marks Yehoshua’s Resurrection And Victory Over Death, Hell And The Grave!

The Apostle Paul Explains The Mystery Behind The Day In 1 Corinthians;

“And if Moshiach is being preached that from the Mesim (Dead ones) he has had his Techiyah (Resurrection), how is it that some among you say that there is no Techiyas HaMesim? And if there is no Techiyas HaMesim, neither then has Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach been raised. And if Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach has not been raised, then our preaching to you was in vain and also in vain is your emunah (faith). Moreover, we are found also to be edei sheker (false witnesses) [SHEMOT 20:16; DEVARIM 19:16-21] misrepresenting Hashem Himself, because we gave solemn edut (testimony 1:6) as in the presence of G-d that Hashem raised Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach--whom, of course, He did not raise if, as you say, the Mesim are not bemetzius (in fact) raised. For if the Mesim (Dead persons) have not Techiyah, neither has Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach had a Techiyah; And if Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach has not already had his Techiyah from the Mesim, your emunah is futile, you are still in your averos (sins), And even the ones who sleep the sleep of the Mesim in Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach have perished. Listen, if for the Olam Hazeh only we have tikvateinu in Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach, we are to be pitied more than kol Bnei Adam. But in fact Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach has had His Techiyah! Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach is the Bikkurim ("Firstfruits" Gn 1:11-13; Ex 23:16; Lev 23:10-11), the Firstfruits of the ones having fallen asleep [in Moshiach]. For als (since) through an Adam (Man) came mavet (Gn 2:17), also through an Adam (Man, Moshiach) came the Techiyas HaMesim. For as in Adam all die (Gn 3:19), so also in Moshiach all will be made alive. But each one in his own order: the Bikkurim, Moshiach; afterward, the ones of Moshiach at the Bias HaMoshiach;”
‭‭Kehilah in Corinth I‬ ‭15:12-23‬ ‭OJB‬‬

“Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not. For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised: And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins. Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished. If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭15:12-23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Now if Moshiach [Messiah] be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Moshiach [Messiah] not risen: And if Moshiach [Messiah] be not risen, then [is] our preaching vain, and your faith [is] also vain. Yes, and we are found false witnesses of God-The Father; because we have testified of Yah-The Father [Abba] that he raised up Moshiach [Messiah]: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not. For if the dead rise not, then is not Moshiach [Messiah] raised: And if Moshiach [Messiah] be not raised, your faith [is] vain; you are yet in your sins. Then they also which are fallen asleep in Moshiach [Messiah] are perished. If in this life only we have hope in Moshiach [Messiah], we are of all men most miserable. But now is Moshiach [Messiah] risen from the dead, [and] become the firstfruits of them that slept. For since by man [came] death, by man [came] also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Ha at Adam (Man, ground; red; earthling) all die, even so in Moshiach [Messiah] shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Moshiach [Messiah] the firstfruits; afterward they that are Moshiach [Messiah] ’s at his coming.”
1 Corinthians‬ ‭15:12-23‬

However, Sadly, Most Believers’ Do Not Observed The Biblical Festivals Of YeHoVaH And Therefore, Are Ignorant Of The Truth And The Revelation Concerning Them. By Being Ignorant Of The “Mysterious Glorious Revelation” Contained In The Word Of YeHoVaH, They Are Void Of The Spiritual Implications And Significants Enhanced Via The Knowledge and Revelations Of The Festivals!

"Baruch Chag Kodesh Sameach" (Blessed Holy Days)
"Chag Sameach” (Happy Holy Days)

Leviticus Chapter 23 we find a list of Holy Days and/or Feasts of YHVH. The Hebrew word used to describe them is מּוֹעֵד (moʽed), but these are not mere Festival's nor even a Day simply set apart from other days.

Biblically, the word "mo'ed/mo'edim" is mentioned in the Book of Genesis. Its root – יעד (yaʽad) – has the meaning of establishing or setting an appointed time. In this context, the word מּוֹעֵד means nothing short of an appointment with YHVH, set by Yah Himself. This also proves that the Feast are not centralized to the "Jew's" only, but are essential for all of humanity....especially Believers!

“And Yah said, Let there be lights in the firmament of heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons (mo’edim)?, and for days and years: and let them be for lights in the firmament of heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.” (Genesis‬ 1:14-15)

“Yah said, “Let there be lights in the dome of the sky to divide the day from the night; let them be for signs, seasons (mo’edim), days and years; and let them be for lights in the dome of the sky to give light to the earth”; and that is how it was.”
(B'resheet (Gen)‬ ‭1:14-15‬)

“And YeHoVaH said, Let there be lights in the raki'a of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for otot (signs), and for mo'adim (seasons), and for yamim (days), and shanim (years); And let them be for lights in the raki'a of the heaven to give light upon the earth; and it was so.” (Bereshis‬ ‭1:14-15‬‬‬)

We also can see that at an "appointed" "course" or within the "process" (ketz: completion; end; fulfillment: Hb: 7093) of time speaks concerning the Feast's of YHVH to Ha' at Adam, Eve, Cain and Abel.

“And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the Yehovah. And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Yehovah had respect unto Abel and to his offering: But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.” (Genesis‬ ‭4:3-5‬ ‬‬)

“In the course of time Kayin brought an offering to YEHOVAH from the produce of the soil; and Hevel too brought from the firstborn of his sheep, including their fat. YEHOVAH accepted Hevel and his offering but did not accept Kayin and his offering. Kayin was very angry, and his face fell.” (B'resheet (Gen)‬ ‭4:3-5‬‬‬)

“And in ketz yamim it came to pass, that Kayin brought of the p'ri haadamah a minchah unto Hashem. And Hevel, he also brought of the bechorot of his tzon and of the chelev thereof. And Hashem regarded [with favor, respect] unto Hevel and to his minchah: But unto Kayin and to his minchah He had not regard. And Kayin was very angry, and his countenance fell.” (Bereshis‬ ‭4:3-5‬ ‭OJB‬‬)

The Apostle Paul also informs the Beleivers' the ekkelsia (assembly/congregation/call out) at Corinthians to observe/ "keep the Festival of Unleavened Bread"; however, interesting enough, we continue to rebel and refuse to accept correct Biblical Doctrine by continuing to adhere and observe the traditions of men and doctrines of devils which are nothing more than ungodly pagan practices.

“Purge out the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, even as ye are unleavened. For our passover also hath been sacrificed, even Christ: wherefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.” (1 Corinthians‬ ‭5:7-8‬ ‭ASV‬‬)

“Get rid of the old hametz, so that you can be a new batch of dough, because in reality you are unleavened. For our Pesach lamb, the Messiah, has been sacrificed. So let us celebrate the Seder not with leftover hametz, the hametz of wickedness and evil, but with the matzah of purity and truth.”
(1Corinthians ‭5:7-8‬ ‭CJB‬‬)

“Purge out the old chametz (leavened bread), that you may be issa chadasha (new dough, batzek, deaf dough, having no indication of fermentation), as you are indeed like matzot (unleavened bread). More than that, our Korban Pesach has been sacrificed, Moshiach. So let us celebrate Pesach, not with old chametz, nor with the chametz of kavvanah ra'ah (malice) and wickedness, but with matzot of kenut (sincerity) and emes." (Kehilah in Corinth I‬ ‭5:7-8‬ ‭OJB‬‬)

Therefore, if this is true, and it is, concerning the "Celebration of Four of Yehovah Holy Days" mentioned in Leviticus 23 (Sabbath; Pesach/Passover; Unleavened Bread/Matzot; and Firstfruits/Birrkim) then all of His Holy Days are still to observed today (Pentecost; Shofar/Trumpets; Atonement [Judgement Seat of Christ]; and Tabernacle's)

“O ye sons of men, how long shall my glory be turned into dishonor? How long will ye love vanity, and seek after falsehood? [Selah] But know that Yehovah hath set apart for Himself him that is godly: Yehovah will hear when I call unto him.” (Psalms‬ ‭4:2-3‬)

“Then Yehovah said: “Because these people approach me with empty words, and the honor they bestow on me is mere lip-service; while in fact they have distanced their hearts from me, and their ‘fear of me’ is just a mitzvah of human origin —” (Yesha 'yahu (Isa)‬ ‭29:13‬)

“Ye hypocrites, well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying, This people honoreth me with their lips; But their heart is far from me. But in vain do they worship me, Teaching as their doctrines the precepts of men.” (Matthew‬ ‭15:7-9‬ ‭ASV‬‬)

“Take heed lest there shall be any one that maketh spoil of you through his philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ: for in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily, and in him ye are made full, who is the head of all principality and power: in whom ye were also circumcised with a circumcision not made with hands, in the putting off of the body of the flesh, in the circumcision of Christ; having been buried with him in baptism, wherein ye were also raised with him through faith in the working of Yah, who raised him from the dead. And you, being dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, you, I say, did he make alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses; having blotted out the bond written in ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us: and he hath taken it out of the way, nailing it to the cross; having despoiled the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.”
(Colossians‬ ‭2:8-15‬)

“Beware lest there be anyone of you taken captive through philosophical tevunah (wisdom) and empty deceit according to the kabbalah (oral tradition) of mere Bnei Adam, according to the ikkarim (basic principles) of the Olam Hazeh and not according to Moshiach; Because in Moshiach kol melo Yehovah (all the plentitude of G-d) finds its bodily maon laShechinah (dwelling place for the Shechinah). And you have been granted melo (plentitude) in Moshiach, who is the Rosh of all rule and authority. In Moshiach also you were circumcised with a Bris Milah not made with human hands, a Bris Milah of the surgically removing of the body of the basar (old fallen and unregenerate nature) in the Bris Milah of Moshiach, Having been buried in the Ohel of Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach's tevilah with him, with whom also you were made to stand up spiritually in the Techiyah together through your emunah and bitachon in the ma'aseh of Hashem who made Moshiach stand up from the Mesim. And you being dead in your peysha'im (YESHAYAH 53:8) and your orlat basar (uncircumcision of flesh) he made alive together, you together with Moshiach, having granted you selicha for all your peysha'im; Having erased the handsigned sefer of guilt choiv (debt), the heavenly indictment against us in the maleh chukat haTorah (full statute requirement of the Torah), which was against us. Moshiach has done away with this opposing record, having nailed it to Moshiach's Etz. Having disarmed the rulers and the authorities, He made a public spectacle of them, having triumphed over them by Moshiach's Etz.” (Kehilah in Colossae‬ ‭2:8-15‬)

“Watch out, so that no one will take you captive by means of philosophy and empty deceit, following human tradition which accords with the elemental spirits of the world but does not accord with the Messiah. For in him, bodily, lives the fullness of all that God is. And it is in union with him that you have been made full — he is the head of every rule and authority. Also it was in union with him that you were circumcised with a circumcision not done by human hands, but accomplished by stripping away the old nature’s control over the body. In this circumcision done by the Messiah, you were buried along with him by being immersed; and in union with him, you were also raised up along with him by Yah’s faithfulness that worked when he raised Yehoshua from the dead. You were dead because of your sins, that is, because of your “foreskin,” your old nature. But Yah made you alive along with the Messiah by forgiving you all your sins. He wiped away the bill of charges against us. Because of the regulations, it stood as a testimony against us; but he removed it by nailing it to the execution-stake. Stripping the rulers and authorities of their power, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by means of the stake.” (Colossians 2:8-15‬‬‬)

The Change Of Observing The Biblical “Passover” To Observing Pagan “Easter”

“The dioceses of all Asia, as from the older tradition [Passover], held that the fourteenth day of the moon, on which day the Jews were commanded to sacrifice the lamb, should always be observed as the feast of the life-giving Pasch Passover]... However, it was not the custom of the churches in the rest of the world [primarily the West, represented by Rome] to end it at this point [allegedly a non-biblical based fast ending on Easter Sunday], as they observed the practice, which from apostolic tradition has prevailed to the present time... Synods and assemblies of bishops [not Jesus Christ’s example or the Gospel records!] were held on this account and all with one consent through mutual correspondence drew up an ecclesiastical decree [superseding Christ’s personal example as recorded in the Gospels] that the mystery of the resurrection of the Lord should be celebrated on no other day but, the Sunday [Easter] and that we should observe the close of the paschal fast on that day only. A letter of Saint Irenaeus is among the extracts just referred to, and this shows that the diversity of practice regarding Easter had existed at least from the time of Pope Sixtus. Further, Irenaeus states that St. Polycarp [bishop of Smyrna], who like the other Asiatics, kept Easter on the fourteenth day of the moon [which is really the Passover], whatever day of the week that might be, following therein the tradition which he [Polycarp] claimed to have derived from St. John the Apostle, but could not be persuaded by Pope Anicetus to relinquish his Quartodecimen observance. The question thus debated was therefore primarily whether Easter was to be kept on a Sunday, or whether Christians should observe the holyday of the Jews... Those who kept Easter [Passover] with the Jews were called Quartodecimans” (Catholic Encyclopedia, emphasis added).

Clearly, we see the historical record from the Catholic Church providing evidence that they themselves (not the Bible) chose to exercise authority to change and sever the connection of Passover to the observance of Easter. Historically, there was a long-term agenda to shift and undermine any and all associations connecting Jewish Israeli underpinnings that were foundational to the early Messianic (Christian) Community . Remember, Paul said, the household of Yah (the Ecclesia) is “built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets [not Synods, Councils, and bishops], Yehoshua (Jesus) Ha’Mashiach himself being the chief comer stone” (Ephesians 2:20). There was absolutely no biblical authorization to change the framework of this major point of doctrine, disconnecting from Yehoshua’s own appearance of worship exemplified by His life, habits, and customs (1 Peter 2:21; 1 John 2:6). It is important we remember: Yehoshua never observed Easter! Therefore, Unequivocally, it is Undeniable that Easter has no Biblical connection, foundation, or authority in the life of The Believer that requires observance and/or recognition by any who claim Yehoshua (Jesus) as their Savior.

However, regardless of these verifiable facts; this tradition finally became “papal law” in the year A.D. 325 at the Council of Nicaea.

“The emperor himself [Constantine] writing to the churches after the council of Nicaea, exhorts, ‘At this meeting the question concerning the most holy day of Easter was discussed, and it was resolved by the united judgment of all present [regardless of the example/commands of Jesus Christ and the original apostolic fathers, Matthew 26:17-30] that this feast ought to be kept by all and in every place on one and the same day [Easter Sunday]...And first of all it appeared an unworthy thing that in the celebration of this most holy feast we should follow the practice of the Jews, who have impiously defiled their hand with enormous sin... for we have received from our Savior a different way [Where, then, is the Biblical proof or Christological authorization?] ...and I myself [Constantine] have undertaken that this decision should meet with the approval of your sagacity in the hope that your wisdoms will gladly admit that practice which is observed [Easter Sunday] at once in the city of Rome and in Africa, throughout Italy and Egypt... with entire unity of judgement.”

In conclusion, it’s under the article of “Councils” in the Catholic Encyclopedia, we read about the purpose of the Council of Nicaea. ‘The first ecumenical, or council, of Nicaea (325 A.D.) lasted approximately two and one half months (two months and twelve days to be exact). The Emperor, Constantine, and Three hundred and eighteen bishops were present to include Hosius, bishop of Cordova, assisted as legate of Pope Sylvester.

This council also formulated and adopted the Creed of Nicaea, defining against Arius the true divinity of the Son of God [Arius challenged the divinity of Jesus Christ], and the fixing of the date for keeping Easter [which opposed the Quartodecimans who observed Passover]. It was now “official”: Easter Sunday, would be observed as the day of Yehoshua’s resurrection. The determination of the day would keep the pagan method of determination: “The first Sunday, after the first full moon, after the spring equinox”.

This was critical shift of theology. Critical, because it not only changed the day of the observance, but changed the focus, the meaning of the observance. It now became an observance and celebration of His resurrection, and omitting to the Biblical account of remembering “Passover” Feast and the Messiah’s Death! Not to mention the observance of the Feast of Unleavened Bread (The Messiah’s Burial) and the Feast of Firstfruits (The Messiah’s Resurrection).

Therefore, if Yehoshua didn’t fulfill the Biblical Scriptures, then we are worshiping a “False Messiah/Christ”!

“At that time Yehoshua [Yah/God is Salvation] said to his disciples: “Do not think that I am come to annul (disavow) the Torah (instructions/law) or the Prophets, but to fulfill”. Matthew‬ ‭5:17‬ ‭(emphasis added)

“Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do your will, O Yah-The Father. Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and [offering] for sin you i would not, neither had pleasure [in it]; which are offered by the law; Then said he, Lo, I come to do you i will, O Yah-The Father. He takes away the first, that he may establish the second. By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Yehoshua[Yah/God is Salvation] Mashiach [Messiah] once [for all].” Hebrews‬ ‭10:7-10‬;emphasis added)‭

"The abortion ritual (1) requires an abortion; and (2) affirms her religious subscription to TST's Third and Fifth Tenets. But before Ms. Doe can get her abortion–and therefore participate in the abortion ritual–the government has required that she get a sonogram… [ These ] requirements substantially interfere with Ms. Doe's religious beliefs and practices for two reasons. First, the requirements are a precondition to Ms. Doe's ability to participate in a religious ceremony. It is a substantial interference per se for the state to place a regulatory hurdle–one that costs money–in front of a religious exercise. The state might as well tax and regulate Mass."

The group argues Texas' required sonogram and waiting period for an abortion violates its religious rituals for the procedure.

Biblical Questions And Answers

Q: What Is The Biblical Implication/Significance Of Peter’s Cutting Off The Ear Of The Servant Of The High Priest?

“Behold, one who was with Yeshua [God is Salvation] stretched out his hand, drew his sword, struck one of the servants of the priests, and cut off his ear.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭26:51‬ ‭NMV‬‬

“But one of the bystanders, drawing his sword, struck the segan hacohaneem (servant) of the kohen gadol (High Priest) and cut off his ear.” Mark‬ ‭14:47‬ ‭

“And one of them struck the servant of the High Priest, and cut off his right ear.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭22:50‬ ‭

“Then Shim’on [Simon; he has heard] Kefa [Peter; pebble] having a sword drew it, and struck the high priest’s servant (segan hacohaneem), and cut off his right ear. The slave’s name was Melekh [king].”
‭‭John‬ ‭18:10‬ ‭

A: The servant of the High Priest (segan hacohaneem) wasn’t an ordinary servant but rather the chief assistant to the High Priest (kohen gadol). Therefore, cutting off his ear/ear lobe was bring him shame, give him a blemish and disqualified him from serving in the temple or coming near any offering.

“For whatsoever man [he be] that has a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that has a flat nose, or anything superfluous (more than necessary or wanted), Or a man that is brokenfooted, or brokenhanded, Or crookback, or a dwarf, or that has a blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or has his stones broken; No man that has a blemish of the seed of Aharon [Bright, Very High] the priest shall come near to offer the offerings of the Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) made by fire: he has a blemish; he shall not come near to offer the bread of his Yah-Yehovah (The Living Word) [The Many Powered].” Leviticus‬ ‭21:18-21‬

Biblical Questions And Answers

(Discarded Biblical History)

During the reign of Hadrian (AD 117-138) and the 2nd Jewish War the Holy city of Y’rsalem was renamed?

A: Aelia Capitolina - founded in AD 135 by the Romans on the ruins of Jerusalem, which their forces, under Titus, had destroyed in AD 70. The name was given, after the Second Jewish Revolt (132–135), in honour of the emperor Hadrian (whose nomen, or clan name, was Aelius) as well as the deities of the Capitoline Triad (Jupiter, Juno, and Minerva). {Encyclopaedia Britannica}

Why is this important? This marks the Hebrew Messianic Believers departure from Y’rsalem into Petra (Matt. 24:16) and the beginning infiltration of Gentile rule in Y’rsalem and their doctrinal influences into the ecclesia.
