We have been working hard remodeling and updating Lazy Daze! New quartz countertops,stainless steel appliances, kitchen table and backsplash for the kitchen. New sleeper sofa and matching chair for the living room and all new bedroom furniture. We have also installed all new light fixtures, ceiling fans and replaced the hot water heater. Future plans are to replace the flooring next year.

Another happy guest!

My family and I have rented quite a few places on VRBO and HomeAway in the past... many times there are at least 1-2 things left to be desired that seemed different than in the photos, or a couple things that were a slight disappointment. But not this rental... it was AMAZING!!! The location, condo, furnishings, cleanliness, atmosphere, pool, restaurant, other guests, etc etc etc were all wonderful. The property owners/managers were fantastic to work with, and this rental was the cleanest property we have ever rented (and cleaner than most hotels we’ve been in!). Everything was better than expected, and we can’t wait to be back! Thank you to the owners - what a wonderful place you have. It was an awesome weekend getaway that far exceeded our expectations!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our spring break stay at Lazy Daze, the condo was super clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable, clean, and nice! The owner was more than helpful and easy to communicate with. The view from the balcony was PERFECT!! This place is instant relaxation!! We always stay in a high rise when we come to Perdido Key but this is my new favorite, a relaxed vibe and much more secluded.

This POOLSIDE one bedroom cottage with LOFT overlooks the Tiki Bar and waterfall cascading into the 5,000 square foot outdoor pool.

Please note: Out of 114 units at the Purple Parrot, there are only three cottages with lofts.
