Pentwater Cottage Rental This traditional cottage overlooking Pentwater Lake and Channel was one of the first built on Channel Lane in the 1930's.

The large, family cottage has 4 double bedrooms, 1 small single bedroom, and a sunroom with a futon. The cottage can sleep 11 comfortably, and is a great option for sharing between two families. There are two queen bedrooms downstairs with a full bath, and two bedrooms up with two full bathrooms (one with a queen, and one with twin beds). In addition, there is an open plan living room and dining r

oom, kitchen and sunroom. The cottage is located on the street that runs parallel to the channel and next to the Channel Lane Inn. A 3-minute walk along the channel takes you directly to the beach. There is a large yard with plenty of parking space, a patio with seating and a table for eating, a gas grill and another picnic table. The downstairs consists of a tiny bedroom, kitchen, dining area, large living room with cathedral ceiling, sunroom, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a well stocked kitchen and a dining room that can seat 8. There is cable television in the living room and internet access and a washer and dryer on the landing of the 2nd floor.
