One Year Ago: Our 12 hour Animal Kingdom Day with a baby and a toddler in tow! 🦁

The baby was 6 months, and our toddler had just turned 2. We made amazing memories, they both stroller napped (which they don't do at home), and it was 100% worth it! And of course, there was the added bonus of both boys being FREE! 😄

So this is just my friendly reminder to take your littles to Walt Disney World. 💗 Even if they don't remember, you will. (FWIW, my now 3 yr old still references things that happened on this trip... so they may remember in the short-term, even if not long-term.)

Saddle up for a rootin' tootin' good time at Disney's Tri-Circle D Ranch! 🤠 Make it a day of Chip-N-Dale's campfire sing-along and s'mores at Fort Wilderness Campground, and be sure to mosey on over to this beautiful working ranch on property complete with pony rides for your little buckaroos. Yeehaw! 🐎

Disney date night done right! 🐘✨
Had an incredible dining experience at Jiko - The Cooking Place at The Animal Kingdom Lodge. The atmosphere was absolutely breathtaking, the service was impeccable, and the food was out of this world! My husband dubbed it his "favorite meal at Disney ever!" 🍽️

If you're looking for a romantic and unforgettable meal, I highly recommend this spot. Pro-tip: Don't be afraid to sample several appetizers to make your own tasting menu. 🤌

[ Photo 2 ] - The complimentary giraffe bread loaf and butter topped with black salt were a wonderful pairing. We couldn't stop raving about how impressed we were by it.

> I can't say enough about this dish! It offered the absolute perfect unique bite, and that's coming from someone who doesn't usually enjoy pork belly but the char and cook on this was delicious. I will be dreaming about this dish for a long time.

> This was a filling and hearty dish despite being an appetizer. We used it like an "entree" in our tasting line-up.
