Also available a wide variety of scones and classic chocolate chip cookies with sea salt. All of my cakes are designed by me and made specifically for your event or guest of honor to be 100% unique. I truly love what I do and learn more with each cake and customer (some of my best cakes were inspired by their ideas). I started by making cakes for family and friends and soon the demand for fun cake

s spread and Occasional Cake Company was created so interested clients could have a place to find me and see my work. I had many request for cupcakes so I put my own spin on those as well, coming up with my own unique flavor combination's inspired by all kinds of things that I love, tweaking them to perfection and making a simple household favorite new again. Ask me to see a menu and try some flavors you never thought could be translated to cake, like strawberry lemonade, sweet potato pie, banana split or even margarita=) You'll never look at cupcakes the same way again. Since July 2010, when I started this little venture I have been fortunate enough to make cakes for all kinds of occasions and work with some amazing clients! I've had a lot of fun and I look forward to working with you and seeing what we can come up with together.

I wanted to give my followers a heads up that I will be deactivating my OCC page this week, and will no longer be taking on orders for 2015. My youngest son has started school and I have returned to work full time which doesn't allow me the time and care I need to keep my cake business going at the caliber I see fit. This may change and we may pop back on your news feed in the future but for now this is best for myself and my family. Thank you to all my fans for your support through the years, I've met some amazing people and made many new friends. I hope this allows time for any questions you may have.

LOVE summer it's a busy time full of lots of cakes with Graduations, Weddings, Birthdays and Showers...I am behind on posting pictures because I am busy baking and creating. I will be putting a lot up this weekend thanks for you patience.
