When you can’t roll 2 x 6 rectangular aluminum tubing because it buckles, you fabricate it with continuous welds and inner skeleton.  Love that flawless seam😍

So incredibly hot today in VA BEACH. No wind, full sun and 100% humidity.  But I made this anxious client wait long enough to get his front railings because I did not want them to be damaged by other construction trades.  The stone that they are attached into, literally comes from Jerusalem.  Great house, great builder, and great client. 👍🏻

When your aluminum railing has to match a stone wall that has 3 different pitches from top to bottom. Customer requests that the pitch difference disappear as much as possible 😳. Turned out well though.

Almost finished. Whewww... 2 1/2 Tons of Solid Steel ! Fit like a glove.

Old world master craftsman meets modern day Aluminum.

Picked up a van today now to get it wrapped and into service for "Picket Pro"
