It's been such a great weekend. We went to the beach today and then the dolphins arrived. 🐬 I love dolphins, so this filled me with so much joy and gratitude.

Yesterday, I said I wanted to ride the jet ski, and then today, the opportunity arose.

Th guy asked if I rode one before, and I said yes. So I got to take the wheel with my daughter behind me, and we rode on the open ocean.

I love adventure, and this was pure bliss even though she was screaming for me to slow down. Well worth the experience.

I always wanted a life that I didn't need a vacation from...this is it.

Starting the day with gratitude for abundance. Yesterday, my mom sent me $101, and Christine—one of my amazing supporters here on IG—sent me $10, bringing the total to $111, an angel number.

While I deeply dislike capitalism and am actively working toward better alternatives, I still engage with money. And for now, I choose to be grateful for every way abundance flows to me—through the people who value my work, those who receive my healing services, and those joining my upcoming retreat in March.

Its truly one of my deepest pleasure to be of service and to have the capacity to hold scared space & Ceremony for all people that need Medicine.

Long ago, I had to commit to this path of healing myself and emboding the love & medicine that I once seeked outside of myself.

I remember one mushroom Ceremony in particular where the mushrooms 🍄 told me to become the Medicine that this world needs.

I understand the assignment and have been on that path since. My advice to you would be the same...become the medicine that the world needs that you are uniquely qualified to bring.

This picture was from a Kambo Ceremony that I offered to a friend and brother who is also walking his medicine path and being of service in the world.

Black women like Audre Lorde have been at the forefront of liberation movements—challenging oppression, igniting change, and holding the vision for a just world.

Our voices have not only fought for Black liberation but for the freedom of all people. From abolition to civil rights, from feminism to q***r liberation, Black women have been the backbone of resistance.

Yet, too often, their contributions are erased, their labor unrecognized, and their wisdom overlooked. **It’s time we honor, uplift, and amplify their voices.** We stand on their shoulders, and the best way to honor their legacy is to continue the work—organizing, educating, and resisting.

On this day 8 years ago, we were sitting on my grandmothers veranda in St. Catherine, Jamaica. It's really been 9 years, and we are due for another trip. Missing my grandmother, before this trip in 2017, the last time I saw my grandmother and was in Jamaica, I was 12 years old. This was my 3 daughter's first time in Jamaica and connecting to that side of their HERitage. Such beautiful memories 💖

I decided to become a full-time student to A Course in Miracles, devoting my time to my healing & and that of my brothers & and sisters. The ego will have you doing everything than what you actually need to be doing but it will only cause suffering which you will surly get tired of, guaranteeing its own undoing and the undointhe egos flawed thought system.
