It might not be the Highway in the Sky, but it’s definitely a contender for the Most Magical Flight in “the World”! 🌟🚠 So, what makes the Disney Skyliner special, and what should you know?

First off, it’s both transportation *and* an attraction! 🏰 Not only does it connect EPCOT and Hollywood Studios to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney’s Riviera Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, but it’s also a super fun way to take a midday break from the parks. 🌴🎢

Here’s what you should keep in mind:

- The Skyliner is the only way to get from these resorts to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios unless it’s down due to weather or technical issues. 🚫🌧️ In those cases, there will be buses available. 🚌
- Sometimes, there might be a delay or slowdown at a Skyliner station. If you’re onboard during one of these moments, don’t panic! 😅 There’s still a breeze, so just sit back, enjoy the views, and chat about your trip so far! 🌄👀

Let’s talk tipping! 💰 When you're staying at a Disney resort, it feels like every detail is sprinkled with pixie dust, right? ✨ From perfectly fluffed pillows to surprise towel animals, Disney's hardworking housekeeping team—fondly called *Mousekeeping*—keeps the magic alive in your room every day. 🏰

Tipping is totally up to you, but here are a few things to keep in mind:

- The recommended tip is usually $1 to $2 per person, per night. Of course, if your Mousekeeper goes above and beyond, feel free to leave a little extra! 🌟
- Tip daily, as your Mousekeeper may change throughout your stay. Leave it on the bathroom counter or nightstand with a note labeled “Mousekeeping” so they know it’s for them. 📝
- Mousekeeping often adds special touches, like arranging stuffed animals or leaving extra toiletries, making your Disney stay even more magical. A tip is a small way to say "thank you" for those extra efforts! 🐭💖

🐘 All hail the sweetest, most gentle giants of the savanna—it’s Elephant Appreciation Day! 🌿 I can’t get enough of these majestic creatures and will twist and turn in all directions just to catch a longer glimpse as we roll through Simba One on Kilimanjaro Safaris. 🚙

Fun fact: the world’s largest land mammal is not only super smart but can also learn and feel emotions. 💖 So maybe they’re just as excited to see US as we are to see them! 🥰 Who else considers spotting these tusked cuties the highlight of the tour? 🐾👀

🌟 Céntrico, right in the heart of Downtown Disney, may be famous for its delicious Mexican flavors, but here’s a plot twist: their burger is a must-try! 🍔✨ Yep, I said it—grab a burger at a Mexican spot! 🤯 Don’t get me wrong, the whole menu is packed with fresh, mouth-watering dishes (and let’s not forget the margaritas 🍹), but sometimes, only a burger will do. Disney Springs is the dining capital of Orlando, for sure, and now there’s another restaurant to make the massive number of options even harder to wade through! 🌟 Summer House on the Lake is surely going to be your next restaurant obsession (hello cookie bar, need I say more?)! 🍪 The dishes are light and practically scream summer, and isn’t that the quintessential Florida dining checklist? 🌞

Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort puts the “ooooo” in GROOVY! 🌺 This retro-style resort is the perfect blend of nostalgia and beach chic. 🌴 The parks are where the movie magic is, but this resort is where the resort day magic is made! From the pool’s epic lazy river to the on-site bowling alley and Starbucks, you may quickly forget what your Universal mission was to begin with. 🎳☕ Who else thinks this awesome resort is totally tubular?! 🌊✨

Currently, you have two options when it comes to riding Tiana’s Bayou Adventure:

1. **Virtual Queue** (free to join) 🎟️
2. **Lightning Lane Multi Pass** (requires purchase) 💰

It’s not an option right now to just get in line and wait to ride without a “reservation” using one of the above methods. And if you want to ride twice in one day, you’ll need to secure both a Virtual Queue AND a Multi Pass selection, which can be a challenge. 🌟 Good luck!

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but MANY Walt Disney World Resorts have... beaches! 🌴 Or at least sandy areas where kids can play while you relax with that book you’ve been meaning to read. 📖 What’s even better is that most resort gift shops sell sand toys. How about that! For about $15 (as of July 2024), they can play and get a fun souvenir from the trip. Win-win! 🏖️🌞

It’s National S’mores Day, pals! 🎉 Although I might be celebrating by making s’mores in my microwave, if I were in Disney, it would be a completely different story. I’d be staying at Wilderness Lodge, roasting marshmallows for my tasty masterpiece by Bay Lake. 🔥🏞️ My kids would be arguing to head to Disney Springs to grab the Artisan S’more at The Ganachery, followed by a viewing of the new drone show on the West Side. 🍫✨
