Un evento speciale che ha dato il via a un’esposizione unica, dedicata alle progettiste grafiche italiane che, dagli anni ’40 a oggi, hanno contribuito a definire l’identità visiva del Made in Italy. Yesterday, we inaugurated PINK at the Consulate General of Italy in Philadelphia, celebrating the Italian Design Day! This special event marked the opening of an exclusive exhibition dedicated to Italian female graphic designers, who have shaped the Made in Italy visual identity from the 1940s to today. The exhibition will be open until February 26th by appointment.

🇮🇹 Oggi si celebra il , dedicato alla memoria delle vittime delle e dell’esodo giuliano-dalmata. Il 10 febbraio 1947 furono firmati i trattati di pace di Parigi, che assegnarono alla Jugoslavia l’Istria, Zara e la maggior parte della Venezia Giulia, mentre Trieste veniva divisa in due zone che costituivano il Territorio Libero di Trieste.
Dall'Archivio Storico Diplomatico della possiamo ricavare alcuni dei documenti più significativi dei negoziati che ridefinirono il confine orientale italiano. Tra questi il Memorandum di Londra del 1954.
Grazie a questi documenti è possibile ripercorrere la complessa vicenda che ha coinvolto il confine orientale italiano.

🇺🇸 Today, February 10, is Memorial Day, dedicated to the memory of the victims of the foibe and the Julian-Dalmatian exodus. On Feb. 10, 1947, the Paris Peace Treaties were signed, assigning Istria, Zadar and most of Venezia Giulia to Yugoslavia, while Trieste was divided into two zones that formed the Free Territory of Trieste.
From the Historical Diplomatic Archives of the we can glean some of the most significant documents from the negotiations that redefined Italy's eastern border. These include the London Memorandum of 1954.
Thanks to these documents, it is possible to retrace the complex events surrounding Italy's eastern border.

1818 Market street is the new address of the Consulate General of Italy in Philadelphia, starting from February 1, 2025.
The Consulate General will now be located in a prime building with enhanced security and screening features. Access will be permitted strictly by appointment; we invite you to refer to our free system to book your appointment.
Please remember that most of our services such as AIRE and Stato Civile do not require your presence and can always be dealt with by FASt-it or email!

Please note that to complete the move our offices will be closed to the public from 28 to 31 January. We are waiting for you in our new offices!
