This deeply personal space offers a glimpse into Frida’s life, her art, and her spirit. Seeing her room, her mirror above the bed (where she painted during her illness), and the vibrant artifacts of her world was nothing short of inspiring. 🌿🎨

Frida once said, “Feet, what do I need you for when I have wings to fly?” This quote resonates even more deeply after walking through her home, a place where her creativity soared despite challenges.

Who thought you had to go to Egypt to see pyramids?

During my site visit to Mexico City, I got to explore Teotihuacán—home to the largest pyramid in the world by volume! 🌟 Walking the Avenue of the Dead and climbing the Pyramid of the Sun was absolutely unforgettable.

Teotihuacán, the "City of the Gods," is an ancient wonder just outside Mexico City, featuring breathtaking pyramids like the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon. These structures are a testament to the ingenuity of Mesoamerican civilizations and an absolute must-visit.

Exploring Mexico City in style! 🚤✨ We sailed on a colorful trajinera through the flower-filled canals of Xochimilco, an ancient Aztec agricultural marvel where chinampas—floating gardens—flourish to this day.

The magic didn't stop there: a boat pulled up to serve us freshly made street corn 🌽, and a lively mariachi band came aboard and played for us, filling the air with unforgettable melodies. 🎶

This blend of history, nature, and culture is truly a Mexico City must! 💐

Today, I had the incredible opportunity to visit the National Museum of Anthropology in Mexico City as part of my exploratory trip to better assist my clients.

It was absolutely fascinating to immerse myself in the rich history and vibrant traditions of Mexico's indigenous cultures. From the awe-inspiring Aztec Calendar Stone to intricately crafted artifacts of the Mayan and Zapotec civilizations, every exhibit told a story of resilience, creativity, and deep connection to the natural world.

Standing before the Piedra del Sol, I marveled at the intricate carvings that represent the Aztec cosmos. Learning about how it was buried in the Zócalo after the Spanish conquest and rediscovered centuries later gave me a profound appreciation for the preservation of history.

This museum is more than a collection of artifacts—it's a journey through time that celebrates the diversity and legacy of Mexico's indigenous peoples. I can't wait to share this experience with my clients and inspire you to visit this cultural treasure.

As we wrap up an unforgettable women’s wellness retreat in Costa Rica, I’m reflecting on the incredible adventure we’ve shared. Our trip was filled with hiking, yoga, cooking, and, most importantly, the building of lifelong friendships.

Even our journey home turned into an adventure. When our flight was postponed from Friday to Sunday night, and the airport closed just 10 minutes before boarding, quick thinking and strong local partnerships made all the difference. Within minutes of reclaiming our luggage, I arranged transportation for all 17 of us to San José, securing hotel rooms for everyone for the night. Though we each returned home on different flights, the group’s resilience and positivity truly shone through.

This is why working with a trusted travel advisor and reliable in-destination partners is so important. We’re here to handle the unexpected, so you can focus on the experience.

part of our incredible wellness adventure in Costa Rica, we explored the stunning beaches and lush jungle of Tamarindo on horseback. The ocean breeze, the rain, the rhythmic sound of hooves in the sand, and the beauty of the jungle were pure magic.

The highlight? Galloping down the beach! It felt so freeing and rejuvenating to be back on a horse. 🐎💨

This adventure reminded me how important it is to reconnect with nature and embrace the joy of the moment. 💚

Our wellness group retreat to Costa Rica wouldn’t have been complete without indulging in two of the country’s finest traditions: a hands-on chocolate-making class and an aromatic coffee tasting experience!

The chocolate class was an absolute treat—from learning the traditional process of cacao to savoring our handmade creations. It was pure, delicious joy! As for the coffee class—let’s just say, for those who know, you know I might have taken a pass on that one. 😉

These experiences added rich layers of connection and culture to our journey, making every moment unforgettable. Grateful for this beautiful adventure and the amazing women who shared it with us.

🌴✨ As our wellness adventure continues in the lush paradise of Costa Rica, today’s highlight was an adrenaline-pumping day of zip lining! We soared through the treetops on one of the most breathtaking courses, featuring the longest ride times and the ultimate thrill: “The Howler”—a nearly mile-long line that treated us to stunning ocean views. 🌊

Feeling the rush of the wind, the heart-racing excitement, and the unmatched beauty of the Pacific coastline reminded us all of the power of adventure and the joy of embracing new experiences.

Explored the wonders of Arenal Volcano on the stunning yellow trail 🌋✨. The lush jungle, vibrant wildlife, and breathtaking views made this hike unforgettable. Every step felt like an adventure through paradise! 🍃🥾

Our wellness group continues with Stunning Fortuna River waterfall, a 210-acre biological reserve in Arenal Volcano National Park. This breathtaking spot, located at 520 meters above sea level, features a towering 70-meter (230 feet) waterfall that left us in awe. The hike to this gem wound through lush rainforest paths lined with native trees, offering serene spots to pause, reflect, and stay hydrated as we made our way.

Reaching the waterfall was a magical moment, but the experience didn’t end there — we waded into the refreshing Fortuna River at the base of the falls, soaking in the natural beauty and recharging our spirits.
