Gil Travel had the pleasure of taking Jewish community leaders on a trip to Panama. We received guests from the UJA-Federation of New York, JFNA-The Jewish Federations of North America, Minneapolis Jewish Federation, Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County and from World ORT.
We immersed ourselves in the vibrant Jewish communities of “Kol Shearit,” “Shevet Ajim,” and “Beth El,” and visited the heartwarming “Hogar Simjati” elderly home.

We indulged in delicious Kosher cuisine at “Lula” with a renowned chef and sampled exquisite chocolates and coffee. We also had the opportunity to connect with local guests over dinner.

Our adventure took us to the stunning Gamboa Island, where we encountered playful monkeys and learned about the Embera Tribe’s rich culture. We were inspired by a visit to the Isaac Rubin - Jewish ORT School and had a VIP tour of the magnificent Panama Canal.
