On this 764th day of January while our world is a dumpster fire, I present to you a sign of hope.

This beautiful lady is Howee. She’s a brave puppy mill survivor who’s been through so much, and yet she has every reason to be cautious, to not trust, or even wag her tail. But despite all of that, she’s opened her heart to us as her fosters, and I’m so incredibly grateful for her resilience and love.
