This got me a little emotional! We always have a lot of return travelers but this trip was dedicated solely to return travelers. So everyone was holding up a card with the number of Bliss Travels trips they’ve been on! Made me look back on 20 years of Bliss! People I have become friends with….Clients who have made friends with each other and remained friends for a dozen or more years….Lots of great memories. It has been one heck of a ride, with more exciting developments to come!

Founded on the idea of providing special, hard-to-find experiences for people traveling in France (and now Italy & Spain), Bliss Travels’ trips deliver just that...unique and immersive vacations that cannot be replicated without the special in depth knowledge of cultural insiders and local residents. If you want a culinary, wine or cultural vacation that gives you exclusive access and authentic experiences then travel with us and find your Bliss. Bliss Travels is different from “group tours”, river cruising, and other tour providers: they create generic “luxury” vacations. We are different from travel agents and booking engines: they book hotels and a la carte services provided by third parties. Bliss Travels creates and provides truly authentic experience curated by us, not third parties. We customize each trip for the travelers on it and we provide all of your experiences, using people who work exclusively with us.

We have personal relationships with the people you who will make your vacation special: We know the boutique property owners, are good friends with local and nationally acclaimed chefs, have connections to top wine makers and access to small family vineyards and use our own local, long time guides, all of whom have wide ranging expertise. Bliss knows the locals and the locale! That’s why we have exclusive access to sights, services and experiences most tourists and most tourist agencies do not. Our destinations include France, Italy and Spain, with additional excursions into nearby cultural and foodie meccas such as Brussels and Amsterdam.

We will work with your interests and your budget. Like our ideas but our trip or trip date doesn’t suit you? Have your own idea? A small group? A wish list? A wedding? A bespoke vacation? No problem. Ask us. We are food and wine specialists who customize lodging and activities to suit your energy level, interest and budget. While our vacations are often quite luxurious, they are fun and never stuffy. Travelers have so much fun that they become immersed in an in-depth experience that we call “bliss”.
