Lancaster Ironworks is situated in one of Lancaster's historic buildings, the former Posey Iron Works administrative office.

The structure dates back to 1910 and our common area retains Posey's grand staircase and iron grating as decor. Between 2011-2014, this building was transformed into 11 beautiful modern apartments. We have 8 one bedroom units and 3 two bedroom units, all loft style. Each unit boasts open floor plans, high-ceilings, exposed pipework, European kitchens, granite counter-tops, brand new stainless stee

l appliances, new energy efficient HVAC systems, tiled bathrooms, and updated finishes. Some units have hardwood floors and ceramic tiles. Lancaster Ironworks has new security doors, windows, and secure key-coded building access. We have an on-site laundry facility, off-street parking, and key coded storage available (for fee). It is with both sadness and happiness for the future of Ironworks apartments that we announce that we have sold the property to a new owner. We will be shutting down the phone number today, and we will be deleting this page not long thereafter.
