Happy hump day everyone! I wanted to spotlight on one of our expeditions coming up. March will be our Death Valley Xpedition, which will feature all the "hot" spots of the area such as Ubehebe Crater, Titus canyon, Badwater Basin, Goler Wash and Mengel Pass, and more! The dates for this trip are 3/10-3/17, with a pre trip meet in February. This trip will be a culmination of years of exploring these areas, and one of my personal faves. We are happy to announce that our website is re launched, and we are now taking reservations for trips.our Anza Borrego Xpedition is February 14-19 and will feature parts of Anza Borrego state park, and areas around the Salton sea. Did you know that the Salton Sea was created by accident? Come along with us and learn how as we explore these areas and more!

Our March Xpedition will be 3/10-3/18 and will be a big trip to Death Valley. We'll explore places like Badwater basin, one of the lowest points in North America, and learn about the secrets of the sailing stones on the Racetrack Playa.

Less than a week away from our first xpedition, and I'm super excited. This trip will be going to one of my favorite places, the San Juan mountains of colorado. We have a great group of folks coming out, and a change of temperature from the sweat box of Phoenix. I'm looking forward to the next several months as we have another xpedition in October going to Moab utah, and in November going to Death Valley. As we start the transition into summer, we are busy getting ready for our first official trip as a company in August to the beautiful San Juan Mountains in Colorado. In addition, we are preparing for our fall trips. I am happy to announce that in October, we will have a 5 day overlanding xpedition to famous Moab. Tentative dates are 10/19-10/23 and pricing will be updated shortly. I am also happy to announce that in November, we will be going to Death Valley. The dates for Death Valley will be Nov 10-16.

Good evening everyone! A few updates for tonight! We will be posting our 2nd overland xpedition by the end of the week- Colorado. This expedition will feature the Colorado Rockies with the San Juan mountains. We will be traversing areas such as Cinnamon pass, engineer pass, Imogene pass, and more! We will be exploring towns such as Telluride, Silverton, Ouray and others as we make our way around the mountains. Beautiful scenery, epic views, but definitely not for the faint of heart! These trails will vary in elevation between 10,000 and 13,000ft, and feature narrow shelf roads. This will for sure be an intermediate trip. Those sensitive to altitude changes should head up a few days early to acclimate. This trip is one of our favorites!
We will be offering a 10% military discount as well.
Want to go off road but don't have a 4wd? We will be partnering up with a company soon that will be offering fully kitted out Jeeps so that you have everything you need at your disposal on one of our trips. Good morning everyone. You've heard me talk about the overland xpedition company I started, Get Lost Xpeditions, and today I'm here to tell you about our first trip, The Pony Xpress Xpedition. The dates for this are June 8-th15th.
The Pony express was a relay of horse mounted riders that would carry mail nearly 1800 miles between Missouri and California in just 10 days! On this Xpedition, we'll be traversing part of the original route through Utah. In addition to this, we will be exploring places such as Bonneville Salt Flats, driving through a railroad tunnel, spotting bison on Antelope island, driving across The Great Salt Lake, visiting the famous Promontory Point, and more!

The price per vehicle for this trip will be $1,000. When you sign up, you will be added to an xpedition group chat to meet and talk with other guests. We will also be having an in person pre trip meet, bonfire style Saturday May 7th. Included in the price is an xpedition specific decal and patch, as well as a flash drive that contains history on places we will be visiting on the trip. Included in the price is the admission to Antelope Island State Park, and Golden Spike state park. Price goes towards permits needed, as well as insurance, materials, ect.

New and looking for gear? We've teamed up with Overland Vehicle Systems and MidlandUSA to help you get the gear you need for the trail. Overland Vehicle Systems has anything from camp lights to roof top tents, and Midland has amazing communication equipment to help keep you connected on the trail. I recommend the MXT275.

Vehicle requirements: 4-wheel drive vehicle with low range transfer case
** 8 - 10 inches of ground clearance
** Minimum all terrain tires with a full-size matching spare
**Handheld Radio for communication. Can rent one of ours for $5/day

For only being in service for 18 months, the Pony express could deliver a letter over 1900 miles in just 10 days. Although its success was short lived, the route went on to become one of the most famous overland routes in America. Good morning and happy Thursday. Almost to the end! I wanted to announce our first Xpedition: Death Valley. The dates for this trip will be Thursday March 10th- Tuesday March 15th, with the pre trip meet date being Sat Feb 12th.
During this Xpedition, we will visit places such as the ghost town of Rhyolite, and learn about it's history. We'll traverse Titus canyon, learn the mystery of the sailing rocks of the Racetrack Playa, and much more.
There will be 10 slots available on this trip. The price of the trip will be $1,000, and includes:
-driver and 1 passenger, with each additional passenger after being $50 each
-vehicle entrance fee to Death Valley National Park
- participant being added to a trip specific facebook group chat
- pre trip meet to go over details of the trip including route, recommended gear, weather, ect.
- access to exclusive discounts from overland gear companies
- booklet containing history on some of the destinations on the trip.
