We found a Mihrab in the mountains of Tunisia 🇹🇳 🏔️
A mihrab is a niche in the wall of a mosque or madrasa (school) that indicates the qibla, or the direction of Mecca, where Muslims face when praying.
It was cool to come across this one in the mountains where the villagers gather during special religious holidays or during the drought to pray for rain.
