Free optometry services for adults 18 and over! This includes glasses, exams for glaucoma, dry eye, Diabetic Retinopathy, low vision, vision services, dilated eye exams, and other general eye care. This service is only available for adults 18 and over who are on either AHCCCS or NATIVE HEALTH's Discount Fee (Level 1 or Level 2).

This program is in partnership with Midwestern University Eye Institute.

This program is open to American Indian, Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian students residing in Maricopa and Coconino County, have a high school diploma or GED, be able to pass a background check and obtain a fingerprint clearance card and meet other program requirements.
